When I first wake up I focus on drinking water to hydrate my body from the long hours of sleep. I usually keep a bottle of water by my bed to sip as soon as I wake up. I recently added lemon to my morning water and have been enjoying the great benefits. Water first thing in the morning boosts your metabolism, flushes out toxins and you’ll eat less throughout the day. I decided to take my morning water to the next detoxifying level.

Add Lemon to water in the morning:

Lemon water in the morning is a great way to start your routine. Lemons are a high source of vitamin C, and protect the body from Immune system deficiencies. Lemon detoxifies the body while keeping your digestive system healthy. Lemon with warm water can help with your weight loss goals by making your digestive system work better and increasing you metabolic rate which helps burn more calories as you wake up.

Add apple cider vinegar to water in the morning:

Adding apple cider vinegar to my morning water has been a little difficult lately. The taste is not the best but the benefits are worth it. Sometimes I add a bit of honey to help with the taste. apple cider vinegar can help you detox and make you feel fuller throughout the day and you’ll eat less. It helps with blood sugar levels, better digestion, cleansing effect by clearing bacteria from the body.

I first heard of Chlorophyll from the skinny confidential blog. I was a bit hesitant at first about the green drops but after learning the benefits I decided to jump on the bandwagon.
