I love making my own smoothies at home and decided to share this uber easy recipe I’m loving right now. This is an energy boosting detox green juice smoothie and it’s super tasty.

Energy Boosting Detox Green Juice Recipe:
1 Handful of Kale
1 Handful of Spinach
1 Cup diced Pineapple
1 Cup diced Strawberrys
1/4 Cup diced Cantaloupe
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Cup Water
+ Ice if preferred
Blend it all using a NutriBullet and enjoy.
I like to keep mines simple while maintaining the taste.
You can always adjust the portions to your liking.
I usually create the smoothies the night before and keep them refrigerated for the morning.
If you can, get organic products.
