I like to keep mines simple while maintaining the taste.

You can always adjust the portions to your liking.

I usually create the smoothies the night before and keep them refrigerated for the morning.

If you can, get organic products.

I’m obsessed, this is truly such an immune booster.

On days I’m on the road I usually grab a Suja Juice, they are so yummy and convenient.

  1. Ooh this one sounds yummy. I’ve never tried Chia seeds before. I also have a post on my blog with my favorite smoothie recipes too. I just starting making them again with my new protein powder, frozen fruit, unsweetened almond milk, a banana and plain greek yogurt.
